If Hayley Booth, of Brando Communications, wanted her name in lights, she has certainly achieved that. Unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons. Silicon.com got serious about Indian outsourcing in February and sent Steve Ranger for a short tour of duty around the tech hotspots of Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad to explore the exploding Indian offshore tech and BPO industry.
